
At Gilkey Organization, Holly Bacon manages the day-to-day company
business operations; researches data for community, governmental
and market issues; and provides team support for all business
functions.
Ms. Bacon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in financial management
from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. She enjoyed
an eight-year career in banking before turning to a management
career in the golf, fitness and real estate industries.
She has a total of 15 years of high-level management experience. During this time, she productively
and profitably managed and developed a highly successful health club and managed
and grew a golf course in a competitive area.
A Florida-licensed Condominium Association Manager, Ms. Bacon most recently served as
the property manager of a Naples, Fla. condominium community. She has also demonstrated
an entrepreneurial flair for real estate development, successfully managing residential and commercial
projects in Bonita Springs, Fla. and Amherst, N.H. Ms. Bacon also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. She is a Dale Carnegie course graduate
and a qualified Dale Carnegie course assistant.
Ms. Bacon also is a certified personal trainer with more than 10 years of fitness instruction
and health club management experience. She holds several health and fitness certifications
and is currently a spinning instructor for the Bonita Springs YMCA.
A Florida resident since 1995, Ms. Bacon loves giving back to the community. She is a graduate of the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She also recently completed the national CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) training program. Ms. Bacon enjoys volunteering with various organizations in the local community.
